SHIPPING

Our flat rate shipping fee for all boxes is $16 per shipping address.

All shipped boxes will be sent out within 2 business days or less of receiving the order from our gift studio in Fort Worth, Texas. Once you have placed your order, please allow 5-7 business days on average for each package to arrive. While we do offer nationwide shipping, we do not currently have any international options. We ship items Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CST. Packages do not leave our facility on weekends.

Our standard shipping service is USPS Priority Mail Shipping, which quotes 1 - 3 days in transit depending on destination. For expedited orders, we offer UPS Overnight Shipping for an additional fee. If you would like to overnight or expedite your package, please contact us directly at (817) 505-7759.

FREE SHIPPING!

Free USPS Priority Shipping applies to domestic orders over $125 per shipping address. In other words, if you are ordering a large multiple address order, free shipping only applies on a per address basis.
GOOD TO KNOW: Our free shipping code does not apply to international orders and cannot be combined with any other offers. 

LOCAL FORT WORTH DELIVERY

We're happy to provide local hand delivery in Fort Worth, Texas. We offer a $10 hand delivery fee for the following zip codes: 76102, 76104, 76107, 76109, 76110, 76129.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours from when you placed the order for the delivery. If you are needing same-day delivery, please contact us directly at (817) 505-7759. Please note, any same day local delivery requests must be placed by 10am (CST). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm.

SAY WHAT? MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED UNDELIVERABLE?

In the event of shipping delays or errors due to incorrect address information provided, please contact us immediately so that we may try to remedy the situation. Once the package has shipped from our facility, re-routing boxes for delivery can only be done upon the sender’s request (that’s us). Please know, this will most likely create delivery delays and may not be an option. When possible, we are happy to honor a replacement gift box for a nominal fee.

HELP! IT SAYS THE BOX WAS DELIVERED, BUT NOBODY RECEIVED IT?

This may sound silly, but take a good look around. There is a chance the package was placed in a discreet location around their door, yard, on the side of their house, in a building lobby or in a package locker (apartment buildings). Double-check the address you noted on the order to ensure it is correct. If a box is delivered according to the tracking information provided, but the recipient didn't get it, please contact us immediately so that we may assist in tracking it down. Please be aware, this is a rare situation that's unfortunately out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We encourage you to file a carrier claim, as we will do too. When possible, we are happy to honor a replacement gift box for a nominal fee.

**Please note, during warmer months, we prefer not to ship any heat sensitive items that may melt or be damaged in transit. Think chocolate and candles. We will do our best to pack it with high temps in mind but cannot be held responsible for damage caused by melted products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to look good and feel confident your gift arrived as you intended. If you do not feel 100% satisfied with your experience, the box, or the products inside, please let us know. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may make it right, for both you and your loved one. We will be happy to replace any damaged items (pending availability), or offer a refund.
